We cover the Manitowoc Counties, Calumet and Sheboygan Counties. We have the capability of going out of these counties however that would need to be approved prior to drop off. 

We provide Portable Toilets for short term and long term. 

Long term: Farms, Construction, anything will require weekly servicing.

Short term: Weekend events, 1 Day events, those that do not require weekly servicing (Additional servicing is an option but that is an additional fee)

We try to get all drop offs including events done within the week. We do understand that sometime we will have to delivery during the weekend however that is not typical. For pick ups, once we are notified we will get the units on schedule for pick up, please note that we do not provide pick up services during the weekend; if you are wanting your unit picked up that will be an additional charge. 

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the units are taken care of during the duration of the rental whether it is short-term or long-term. In the event that there are damages on the unit, in the unit or items thrown in the toilet that are not suppose to be there will be a damage-fee applied. 

For long term Portable Toilets, we provide weekly servicing. If you are renting Portable Toilets for a weekend event we do not provide service unless extra servicing has been requested. 

If you are wanting extra servicing there will be an additional cost added to your invoice. 

We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. 

At this time we do not have that option however you can request your invoice through our "contact us" page if we have not sent it already, and we will send you a copy of your invoice so you can make a payment. 

Yes. Neat-N-Clean Portables requires a Card on File that will be processed the day of drop off. 

We understand that things may come up however if you find yourself unable to make a payment please give us a call at (262)505-2136 and we can sort out a payment plan, etc. 

If you are unable to inform us here are the breakdowns for late payments:

1-7 Days Past Due: 0% Interest on the total amount due

8-23 Days Past Due: 1% Interest on the total amount due

24-60 Days Past Due: 2% Interest on the total amount due

60+ Day Past Due: 2% per week of the total amount due

Neat-N-Clean Portables will apply the applicable interest rate to the total amount that you currently owe.
